On this Friday, we have kanji test at first period. I do not study yet. I plan to study kanji today. Usually I study kanji one day before the test. However, this time I try to start studying kanji from today because I feel uneasy that I do not know I can study well at the dormitory. I do not know I can study in different environment from before. Therefore, I try to study kanji today and tomorrow. I think it is enough to get over 90% of the test.
I was really depressed because of my computer. My computer is so useless. When I open two or three internet web browsers, the internet web browsers always shut down. Therefore I can not see the web sites plural. It means I can not read web novels smoothly. It is very painful for my mind. Reading the novels is my kind of tranquilizer!! It is my favorite hobby! So I will go to computer help desk and ask about how to fix the problems. If it was not fixed, I will try to ask to my father about allow to buy new computer.
Economy project finished!!! Our group finished the preparation of economy project. We finished to write the report and to make posters. So we only do presentation.
This week, I have much homework. I have to finish English vocab. Sheet and a worksheet. Also, I have to prepare Japanese civics’ presentation. Finally, I have to study for economy quiz and write a Japanese History report. Therefore, this week is I really busy. In addition, I have to start study for the exam because next week is a one week before the exam. (Since next Tuesday). So, I am busy until finishing the exam week I think.
The dormitory life is fun. However, nowadays, I have some trouble. It is I can not have deep sleep. I usually sleep at PM11:00 ~ AM0:00 and I awake at AM 4:30 or AM5:00 at least once. I can sleep again then, but it makes me sleepy during the classes. So, I want to fix this problem. What do you do before you sleep? Do you know any way to have a deep sleep? If you know, please tell me that ways.
Now I talk about Karate. Last time I learned new Karate kata. It is cool one. In the Kata, part of the movement, it has to jump. However, the jumping is very difficult. It is not just jump (means normally jump). So it is difficult. Now I almost can do it. So, I think I have to practice the kata more harder and harder.

Sorry to hear about your trouble getting deep sleep. Sometimes a warm beverage helps me--like cocoa. I have a friend who always drinks a glass of milk before going to sleep. Another thing you might try is a shower: sometimes the warm water can make you feel sleepy. The best thing to do, though, is tire yourself out by studying hard all day. If you're really tired by the end of the day, you should have no trouble sleeping. Anyway, I hope you can start getting a good night's sleep again soon.
